An Open Invitation Letter

Gentlemen:

I’m fishing for investors. We have a list of things from a new building to a 60 foot molding machine that are our up front needs. Economy is slow at present, however the time to build a 60’ molding machine is 12 months plus. Our buildings also will take almost that same time to complete at a size of 40,000 square feet each. We have a floor plan layout with twin hoists on a beam track running the length of the building (200 ‘) at a width coverage of 200’ for assembly of boats and crafts. On the other side, a heavy hoist would run up to the office area - 12 tons for storing cast tooling.

I own the 7-meter tooling.  Our plans are to make some changes and additions to the tooling so it can be molded in a number of different approaches including inboards or outboard engines. Some of our interest is also in the sled boats with left and right hulls for running on ice, snow, water or swamp with hard pack.  A diesel with radiator would be a great engine for turning a five blade prop.  Passenger capacity would be four to six.  The same 2 hulls would make a high performance pontoon boat with diesel/jet drive.  A new 8 meter boat with a little more width being again modular could be designed to add a cabin at any time as well a front deck added or not. This could also have a front hatch. A great consumer model would be large diesel with jet drive pushing this boat to 60 plus miles per hour with seating for four to six people. I call this one my go to church on Sunday boat if I had it on Lake Winnebago in Oshkosh WI.

We also are considering an airplane to get to some of our clients to save time and frustration by going commercial. We have updated our website with this listing for investors of what our plans are. The funding for 45% ownership in my company could be spread out over three years. I have one patent issued in October 2002 on my hull kiss-off with a second patent pending on sliding trusses. This feature can be used on many other products as floats in ship harbors allowing trucks to drive out to delivery or pick up some cargo. Modular housing for quick needs as it comes up. Another item which I will more than likely file for patent protection is a light weight suspension chair. What we had in the 7-meter weighed 100 pounds each. We should be able to do this for under 30 pounds.

I have attached a picture of the layout for the 11-meter with twin engines. Presently building a 1/8 scale model. Our proposed hub site on 150 acres which the city has made a layout next to the runway would-be expanded. This would allow C-130’s to land and taxi into our turnaround at the hub for loading of large parts such as modular landing crafts. Just planning ahead since there was interest in 2002.  Contact me if interested.
